The Petals Exchange is our main venue for Members to exchange orders and any messages and other issues associated with orders.
The Exchange is located at
www.petals-exchange.com To use it you need to login with the member number and
password you were given when you first enrolled to use the system. If you forget your login, email us at
hq@petalsnetwork.com with some identifying information and we will send it on to you.
A few of the things you will find at the Exchange include;
- ability or send orders to other florists using one of several methods;
- when you send orders, you can just enter the order straight into the system or display a range of specif and generic products from which you can choose. This way you can see what is likely to be delivered anywhere in the world and the associated pricing.
- if you are not a Full Member, you can send orders (and get a selling commission) with Petals Lite
- you see any orders and messages outstanding for you. The Petals Connect tool on your computer can also warn you when there are orders to collect
- for any order you have sent or receive, you can send messages to the other parties and to HQ. At any time, you can see the full history of the messages for an order
- there are a host of information services like prices and the product catalogue
